Priority Pass is the world’s original and largest independent airport lounge access programme, with a customer base of over 10 million members.
The product is available to consumers, as well as being a benefit in the reward programmes of global banks, credit cards and telecom providers.
Competitors were chipping away at their B2B and B2C markets. With a dated brand identity, the company was losing its competitive edge.
This was a hands-on UI design role where I was responsible for leading the redesign of the Priority Pass iOS & Android app.
Working as part of a dedicated in-house apps team including a product owner, BAs, UX designers and developers.
I was also responsible for overseeing the development.

Designed to help Priority Pass Members find an airport lounge anytime, anywhere, this FREE app searches a database of over 1000 lounges worldwide and its enhanced functionality improves user experience.
Users can favourite lounges, view lounge amenities and rate lounges / leave feedback.
Users that have an annual subscription will be able to see the details of their Digital Membership Card, which has a QR code on the reverse side of the card which can be scanned to gain access to the lounge.
Users can rate lounges and provide feedback.
The trip tracker feature allows users to track recent trips.
